3 The new model has advanced pattern control, the sewing frame is driven by servo motors and now the sewing heads are also individually driven by servo motors giving perfect control - even patterns only possible on a single head can be made on this machine - but twice as fast.

4 Frame change is now semi automatic. The frames quick are quick and easy to load / unload saving operators fatigue and enabling them to keep up with the enhanced speed of the machine.

5 Support and diagnostic service for computer and electronics plus extra pattern downloads available over a phone line - machine just needs a BT socket.

2 The advanced computer system works with a familiar Windows environment, with a main library holding an infinite number of patterns, and a second ‘operators’ library holding just the patterns you want them to use. You will not have to pay for new patterns as they can be produced easily on the machine. ( an option under development will allow you to scan in a pattern or picture, edit it if required and the machine will sew it) Patterns can be scaled to any mattress size on the machine.

1 The solid construction of the cross beam and specially designed cast sewing heads (with freely available Newlong internal parts) enable much higher sewing speeds - up to 30% faster than others, yet your operators will still be fully familiar with the Newlong settings and adjustments.
